Refund & Exchange Policy

At PrintDoc.in, your satisfaction is our priority.

Note: Refunds and exchanges apply only to hardcopy products. No refunds or exchanges are available for digital products or subscriptions.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 24 to 48 hours days of delivery if:

·         The wrong item was delivered

·         The item arrived damaged

·         Pages/content are missing

·         The order is incomplete 

Only replacement No refund is there

Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Provide your order ID and photo/video proof at 8872392418.
If approved, a replacement will be sent, and any return shipping cost will be reimbursed.

Refund Policy

·         Refunds are allowed only for wrong, damaged, or duplicate items.

·         Refunds for hardcopies can be requested before dispatch only. Once shipped, refunds can’t be initiated.

·         A 50% cancellation fee applies for order cancellations before dispatch.

·         After dispatch. No refunds will be processed

·         Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

·         Digital products are non-refundable.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.

Notes: Printing Only on Demand. You will receive a tracking ID as soon as your order is dispatched. Track My Order

Incorrect phone or address: If you accidentally enter the wrong phone number or address, don’t worry—we’ll do our best to help after your order has been dispatched. Please note that any additional delivery charges will need to be covered by the customer.
